BG710 with combined measurement of Moisture and Degree of Bake

 

 

 

NDC is happy to introduce to the market the first combined measurement system for the Bakery industry that can offer the simultaneous measurement of Moisture and Degree of Bake of bakery products using the advanced measurement optics and technology of the BG710.

 

The BG710 is a dedicated measurement solution for the Bakery Industry with a unique "internal" gating system for automatic product measurement in combination with the measurement of Moisture and Degree of Bake. Following benefits can be realised: reduction of damaged product, ensuring shelf life, reducing off flavors and virtually eliminates the need of routine off-line testing. Measurement of both critical process parameters allow optimum process control by the proces operators with a minimum of of-line testing.
Key applications BG710 include: biscuits, crackers, cookies, crisp bread and other bakery products.
